Our company has launched new production line for grass pavers «GEO Gazon» on 10 June 2006. This decision was made because of long-felt need to extend products line and to offer something new to a customer. By that moment, the company had studied its main customers` needs, but it still was a risky experiment. It should be noted, that it was worth doing.
«MIAKOM» presented its Geo Gazon at the exhibition «Saint-Petersburg Merkuriy» in 2008. The exhibit item caused a mighty furore and got well-deserved honour - letter of recognition in the nomination «Goods of production and technical application». Jury and sponsors turned attention to excellent performance and technical characteristics at the same time to less price (in comparison with analogues) of grass pavers of «MIAKOM» production. This became possible because of full-service (end-to-end cycle) at the company`s factory. Later «MIAKOM» got several recommendatory and appreciation letters from municipal government and managers of large-scale enterprises.
Engineers and designers of the company with their dedication to details studied the European experience of creation of parking lots on green lawns. It is no longer news in Europe, but for Russia, the products became a real innovation in 2006. After the presentation, the company began to receive orders first from Moscow and St. Petersburg, where it is especially important to take measures to save ecology, and only then other cities became interested in new products.
